Straight answers
What Resitec does and doesn't do.
Does Resitec collect rent?
No. Resitec records and reconciles money, but it doesn't process debit orders, cards or other payments. It tells you exactly what was paid, by whom, for which bed.
Is there a student app?
Not today. Students use your BestRes residence site and application form. There's no student login.
Does it handle maintenance tickets?
No. Beds can be marked as out for maintenance so they're excluded from availability, but there's no ticketing system.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Start on the tier that solves your biggest challenge today, and move up when you're ready. Each tier includes everything in the one before it.
